Questions about this
Should a senior CV run to three pages?
Rarely. Two is the working maximum outside academia and medicine. A third page usually means early roles are still written at full length, and the fix is compression rather than more paper.
I was made redundant. How is that handled?
A CV states dates, not reasons. Redundancy after a restructure or a plant closure is a business event, not a verdict on you, and it belongs in the interview where you can give it one calm sentence. What the page must avoid is an unexplained gap.
Do I still need a CV if I get roles through my network?
Yes, because someone in that network has to forward something. A referral usually dies at the point where a name has to be passed on with a document attached, and a current CV is what makes that easy for the person recommending you.
Will mine look exactly like the samples?
No. The samples are CVs we wrote for other people, shown so you can judge the standard of the work before you pay. They are not files you pick from and fill in. Yours is written from your own material, and the order of the sections is decided by what is strongest in your case.
Do I get a Word file too?

Single column or two columns?
We build single column by default. Screening software reads a page from top to bottom in one pass, and a two column layout makes it interleave the two sides, so a strong candidate can come out of the parser as nonsense. If you prefer the look of two columns we will do it that way and say plainly what you are trading for it.
What if I do not like the first draft?
Write back with the points you want changed and the same writer revises it. One revision is part of the price rather than an extra, and further revisions are an add-on on this page. What we cannot do is guarantee a particular employer will call, and anyone promising that is selling you something else.
