How we work
From the order to the finished file.
Five stages, from choosing a service to receiving the finished files. See what happens at each step, what details are needed, and the expected delivery times.
Choose the format
Choose the CV, career service or e-book that matches the intended job application. Each format lists the roles it is written for, and all included items are shown before payment is made at checkout.
- What to do
- If two formats seem suitable, message us first. We can help choose the right one.
Send the payment
Checkout shows a bKash, Nagad or Rocket number and the exact amount. Send the payment from a personal wallet and paste the transaction ID from the payment SMS.
- What to do
- The transaction ID and the information needed for writing — the target role, job advertisement and an existing CV, if available.
We verify the payment
A team member matches the transaction ID against the wallet statement. Work starts once the payment is verified, and an email confirms the result.
- Time needed
- Usually within 30 minutes
A specialist writes it
A specialist reviews the information provided and writes the document for the target role. It is not auto-generated or put together by rearranging a form, and an ATS screening check is included in the work.
- What to do
- Respond if the writer needs more information. This helps avoid delays and repeated revisions.
- Time needed
- Within 48 hours of the payment clearing
Receive the completed files
The finished work appears on the order page and under Files, with an email sent for each delivery. One revision is included — let us know what needs changing and we will correct it.
Why the payment is manual
Manual payment lets customers send money directly from a personal bKash, Nagad or Rocket account to the number shown at checkout. No payment gateway is involved, and we never collect card details or wallet PINs. Instead, a team member checks the transaction ID against the wallet statement to confirm that the money arrived. This usually takes about half an hour. That extra step is the reason orders wait for payment verification before any paid work begins.
When something goes wrong
The transaction ID was entered incorrectly.
Message us on WhatsApp with the order number and the correct ID. Nothing is lost — the order sits waiting for payment until the two match.
The document does not match the requirements.
Let us know what needs changing. One revision is included in the price, and sharing the target role and the specific corrections helps us make the changes faster. Further revisions are an add-on.
The payment cleared, but no files are available.
The writing has not finished yet. The order page shows the current stage, and each completed file appears as soon as it is ready, rather than waiting for the full order.

Timing, revisions, and what happens when something changes
The five stages above show how an order is completed. Below are answers about timing, revisions and changes during the process.
How long each part takes
Three timeframes, with an explanation of when each one starts.
- Payment verification: usually within thirty minutes
- A team member matches the transaction ID against the wallet statement to verify payment. This is done manually because payment goes directly to the stated wallet, without a payment gateway processing the transaction.
- Writing: within 48 hours of the payment clearing
- The delivery period starts when payment is verified, not when the order is placed. Time spent waiting for payment confirmation does not count towards the writing deadline.
- E-books: about five minutes
- The e-book is already written, so the only wait is payment verification. The book then becomes available to download from the order page.
What a revision covers
One revision is included in the price. Further revisions are an add-on.
- Corrections to the existing document
- A date, job title, qualification or wording that does not sound right can be corrected. Explain what needs changing, and we will make it in the revision included in the price you paid.
- Not a different document
- A CV written for one role, rewritten for a different role, is a new piece of work rather than a correction. Revisions correct the existing document; they do not create a different product.
- Specific feedback makes revisions faster
- State the target role and identify the lines that need changing. Specific feedback gets the revision right in one round; a general request such as "make it better" leaves the writer guessing.
Questions about the process
- When does the 48 hours actually start?
- The 48 hours start when payment is verified, not when the order is placed. Verification is usually completed within thirty minutes of submitting the transaction ID, with an email confirming it.
- Why is the payment manual instead of a gateway?
- Payment goes directly from a personal mobile wallet to the number shown at checkout. No payment gateway is involved, and we never collect card details or wallet PINs. Instead, a team member checks the transaction ID against the wallet statement, usually taking about half an hour, before confirming the payment.
- How many revisions are included?
- One. A revision corrects the document you ordered, for the same role — rewriting a CV for a different role is a new piece of work, not a correction. Further revisions are an add-on.
- The transaction ID was entered incorrectly. What happens next?
- Nothing is lost and nothing is charged twice. The order waits at the payment stage until the ID matches the wallet statement — send us the order number and the correct ID on WhatsApp and we can verify it and continue.
- Is an account needed to place an order?
- An account is needed to download the completed files, since access belongs to the account that paid for the order. Tracking only requires the order number and works on any device.
- How do I know when a file is ready?
- An email is sent for each file as soon as it is ready. Files appear individually as they are completed, rather than waiting for the whole order. The order page always shows the current stage.
