Terms
What we owe you, and what you owe us.
The agreement in plain language: what you are buying, how paying for it works, what you may do with what we write, and the things we will not pretend to promise.

What these terms cover
These terms are the agreement between you and KitGhor when you use kitghor.com — reading it, holding an account, or ordering from it. Placing an order means you accept them.
Two documents sit beside this one and form part of the same agreement: the Privacy Policy, which says what happens to your data, and the Refund Policy, which says when money comes back. Both are linked at the foot of this page.
What you are buying
We write documents. A CV or a cover letter is written for you by a person, for the role you name. A CV is also checked against the screening software that reads it before a human does — all except government biodata, which a person reads against a set form. LinkedIn work ends in a document too: a record of the changes made to your profile, or a guide to making them yourself. An e-book is a finished book we publish.
We do not sell templates. Nothing here is a blank file you fill in yourself, and the sample documents shown across the site are examples of work we have produced rather than things you can buy. If what you want is a format to type into, we are not the right place.
What comes with a product — the extra documents, the number of pages, the formats you receive — is listed on its page before you pay. Anything added to an order afterwards — more copies, another document, an extra revision or an update — is added only when you ask for it, and paid for on its own.
Your account
An account is for one person, and the name, email address and mobile number on it have to be yours and current. All three are how we reach you about an order, so an address you cannot read is an order you will not hear about.
The password to your KitGhor account is yours to keep. We never ask for it, and anybody who does is not us. Tell us straight away if you think somebody else has it — we email you whenever it changes, which is how a change you did not make becomes visible.
We can suspend an account, and we record the reason when we do. That is for fraud, for trying to reach somebody else’s orders, or for abuse aimed at the people who work here. It is not for disagreeing with us.
Ordering and payment
You can order one product or several together, each with its own count, and pay for all of it at once. Checkout shows the total before you pay, and everything is in Bangladeshi Taka.
Payment is a manual transfer. Checkout shows a bKash, Nagad or Rocket number and the exact amount; you send it from your own wallet and paste the transaction ID from the payment SMS. There is no gateway in between, and we never see a card, a bank account or a PIN.
Nothing starts until a person has matched your transaction ID against the wallet statement, usually within 30 minutes. A mistyped ID costs you a message to us and nothing else, and an ID already used for another order will not match. An order whose payment has not been matched within 12 hours of being placed closes by itself — if you did send the money, message us with the transaction ID.
Discounts and promo codes
A code has to be active, unexpired and inside its usage limit, and the discount is applied only after we have checked it. A code that fails any of those is refused at checkout rather than quietly ignored.
You cannot use your own referral code on your own order. The system refuses it, and that is deliberate rather than a fault.
Delivery and revisions
Written work is delivered within the time its page states, counted from when your payment is verified. Each file appears on your order page and on the Files page as soon as it is ready, rather than everything arriving at the end, and we email you as each one lands.
Download links are signed the moment you click and stop working 30 seconds later. That is deliberate: a link cannot be forwarded or scraped. Save the file to your own device — your order page keeps the download so you can fetch it again.
Each product’s page says what is included after delivery — for a CV, one revision. That revision covers the document you ordered, for the role you gave us: tell us what is wrong and it comes back corrected. Once a CV is delivered, you can also order an update to it from your order’s page.
What you may do with what we write
The finished document is yours. Apply for as many jobs with it as you like, for as long as you like, in any format we sent it in. You do not owe us a credit and you do not need our permission.
What you may not do is sell it on, publish it as a template for other people to fill in, or use our work to run a document service of your own. The same holds for an e-book: it is for you to read, not to redistribute.
Everything else — the writing on this site, the sample documents, the design and the name — stays ours.
What we do not promise
We do not promise you a job, an interview, a shortlist or a reply. Nobody honestly can. What we do is write the document properly for the role you named. What happens after you send it is decided by people we have no say over.
We also cannot promise a particular score in somebody else’s screening tool. Those tools differ from employer to employer and change without telling anyone.
We write from what you give us. If a date, a job title or a qualification is wrong on the document, it is wrong because it was wrong when it reached us — and putting it right is what the included revision is for, rather than something to argue about.
When an order stops
An order stops when you cancel it, when its payment is never matched, or when the account is suspended for fraud. What comes back when you cancel is set out in the Refund Policy.
If we cannot do a piece of work — it falls outside what we write, or the information it needs never arrived — we will say so rather than deliver something that does not help you. What happens to the money then is in the Refund Policy.
Referrals and your wallet
Your referral code gives whoever uses it 20% off every product they order, and puts 10% of each product’s listed price into your wallet — calculated on the listed price, not on the reduced amount they paid. Where we have agreed different figures with you, those apply instead.
Commission is credited when we verify an order’s payment, and grows if more copies of a product are added to that order later. An order that is never verified earns nothing.
You can withdraw once your withdrawable balance reaches ৳ 20. We send it to the bKash, Nagad or Rocket number you give with the request, and the request stays pending until we have.
Commission earned dishonestly — orders you placed yourself, or accounts made to farm codes — is taken back out of the wallet, and the account goes with it. Sharing your code is the whole point; inventing customers is not.
Changes, and the law that applies
Prices, products and the way this site works can all change. A change never alters an order already paid for: what you bought is what the page said when you bought it.
When these terms change, the new version appears here and the date at the top changes with it. Carrying on using the site after that means the new version is the one that applies.
KitGhor operates from Bangladesh, and these terms are governed by Bangladeshi law.
