Refunds

When money comes back, and when it does not.

Two questions settle it: has the work been delivered, and how long has it been since your payment was verified. Everything on this page follows from those.

At a glance

The clock starts when a person verifies your payment, not when you place the order — nothing is being made before that. You are emailed at the moment it is verified, so you always know when your window started.

Before verificationFull refund
Nothing has started. Cancel it and, if the money already reached us, all of it goes back.
Within 1 hour of verificationFull refund
Still early enough that no work has been committed. The full amount you paid comes back, and no reason is needed.
1 to 6 hours after50% back
A specialist has started. Half of what you paid comes back; the other half covers the hours already spent.
More than 6 hours afterNo cancellation
The document is being written and the order cannot be cancelled. One exception, for a genuine mix-up, is below.
Once the files are deliveredA revision, not a refund
The work exists and it is yours. If a document we wrote is not right, the revision included in its price is how it gets fixed.

Which clock we count

Every window on this page is measured from the moment your payment is verified — not from when you pressed Buy Now, and not from when you sent the money.

That is deliberate, and it is in your favour. Nothing is made until a person has matched your transaction ID against the wallet statement, so counting from any earlier point would spend your window on time when nobody was working. Verification usually takes under 30 minutes, and the email telling you it happened is the start of the clock.

If a payment is never verified because the money never reached us, there is nothing to refund. Money that did reach us but was never matched is covered below — all of it comes back.

Before your payment is verified

An order waiting for payment is not really underway. Cancel it and it stops, with nothing to settle.

If you had already sent the money and we had not yet matched it, we return all of it. There is no charge for changing your mind at this point, and no limit on doing so.

Within the first hour

Cancel within one hour of the verification email and everything you paid comes back. No reason is needed.

This is the window for the ordinary mistakes — the wrong format, the wrong quantity, a second thought about the timing. Use it freely; that is what it is for.

Between one and six hours

After the first hour a specialist has your order in front of them and has begun reading what you sent. Cancel between one and six hours and half of what you paid comes back.

The half we keep is not a penalty. It is time somebody has already spent on a document written for one person and useful to nobody else — there is no shelf to put it back on and no second customer for it.

After six hours

Past six hours an order can no longer be cancelled. By then the document is being written, and the writing is nearly all of the work.

There is one exception, and it is for the mistake anybody could make. If you bought the wrong product and you want a different one instead, tell us: we refund half of what you paid, and you put it towards the right one. It is for a genuine mix-up over which product you needed — not for deciding you no longer want anything.

Once the work is delivered

A delivered document cannot be returned. You have the file, a specialist spent hours on it for you specifically, and there is no version of sending it back that undoes either.

That is not the end of the conversation. If a document we wrote is wrong, the revision included in its price puts it right — tell us what is off and it comes back corrected. Not liking it and it being wrong are different things, and only the second one is something we can fix.

What a revision cannot do is turn one product into another. A CV for a different role has to be restructured from the start, so it is a new order — neither a revision nor an update of the CV you have.

If we cannot do the work

Sometimes the answer is ours rather than yours: the work falls outside what we write, or the information it needs never arrived and cannot be got. If we stop an order for a reason of our own, all of your money comes back — whatever the clock says.

The same holds if we simply never deliver. A deadline we miss without explaining ourselves is a full refund, not a discussion.

How to cancel

Open the order in your account and press Cancel this order. It shows what comes back before you confirm and, when there is money to return, asks which bKash, Nagad or Rocket number to send it to.

For the exception above, or anything the button does not cover, write to us with your order number. WhatsApp is fastest; email if you would rather have it in writing. Both are at the foot of this page.

How the money comes back

To the bKash, Nagad or Rocket number you give us when you cancel. You choose the wallet and the number, so the money lands somewhere you actually use — we do not hold a balance for you and we do not issue credit notes in place of money.

A partial refund is half of what you actually paid — the amount after any discount or promo code, not half of the listed price.

We tell you the moment it is sent, and a mobile wallet transfer arrives immediately once it is made.

Refunds and referral commission

Commission earned on a refunded order does not stand. The whole commission comes back out of the referrer’s wallet, whether the refund was full or half — a sale that did not stand did not earn one.

That is not aimed at the referrer, who has usually done nothing wrong. It is what stops a refund from becoming a way to manufacture commission out of an order that was never really a sale.

Changes to this policy

The policy that applies to your order is the one published when you paid for it. A change here never reaches backwards into an order already placed.

When this changes, the new version appears here and the date at the top changes with it.
