What this format has to get right
Availability and visa status up front
Whether you are inside the country or applying from Bangladesh, whether a transfer is possible and how soon you can join. This decides whether the rest of the page is read at all.
Trade and certification named exactly
Electrician, HVAC technician, heavy driver, safety officer, storekeeper. The vacancy is written against a trade title, and a CV that describes the work without naming the trade misses the keyword the file is sorted by.
Documents a Gulf employer expects to see listed
Passport validity, driving licence and its class, trade test or third party certification, and any Gulf experience with the country named. These belong on the page because they are eligibility, not extras.
Plain English that survives a fast reader
These files are often read quickly by someone who is not a native English speaker either. Short sentences, standard job titles and no local abbreviations, so nothing depends on the reader decoding you.
From order to delivery
Place the order and pay
Pay from your own bKash, Nagad or Rocket account to the number shown at checkout, then paste the transaction ID. That ID is what ties your payment to your order.
Send your information
An old CV, a certificate, a LinkedIn link or a plain list is enough. Nothing has to be tidy. If something important is missing we will ask instead of inventing it.
A writer builds it from scratch
Not a name dropped into a ready made file. Your experience is read, ordered and rewritten so the strongest part of it is the first thing anyone sees.
Delivered within 48 hours
A print ready PDF and DOCX, sent within 48 hours of the order being confirmed. One revision is included. Further revisions are an add-on, and a later update by us costs 20% of what you paid for the CV; you can also edit the DOCX yourself.
What we need from you
Nothing has to be tidy. If something important is missing we will ask rather than invent it.
- Passport details and validity
- Current visa status and notice period
- Trade certificates, licences and test results
- Previous Gulf experience with country and dates
- The country and employer type you are targeting
Questions about this
Should I put a photograph and personal details?
For the Gulf, generally yes. A passport photograph, nationality, date of birth, marital status and passport number are normal on this file and their absence is treated as an omission. That is the opposite of the North American convention, which is why one CV cannot serve both.
I am applying through an agency. Does that change anything?
The file is passed on rather than read once, so it has to survive being forwarded, printed and scanned. We keep the layout simple and the trade title prominent, because an agency sorts by trade before an employer ever sees you.
Is this the same as an office job CV for Dubai?
The same file works for both, and we adjust the emphasis when you tell us which. A corporate role in Dubai leans on experience and qualifications, while a technical or site role leans on trade certification, licences and availability.
Will mine look exactly like the samples?
No. The samples are CVs we wrote for other people, shown so you can judge the standard of the work before you pay. They are not files you pick from and fill in. Yours is written from your own material, and the order of the sections is decided by what is strongest in your case.
Do I get a Word file too?
Yes. Every CV comes as PDF and DOCX, so you get a print ready file and an editable Word file you can open and change yourself.
Single column or two columns?
We build single column by default. Screening software reads a page from top to bottom in one pass, and a two column layout makes it interleave the two sides, so a strong candidate can come out of the parser as nonsense. If you prefer the look of two columns we will do it that way and say plainly what you are trading for it.
What if I do not like the first draft?
Write back with the points you want changed and the same writer revises it. One revision is part of the price rather than an extra, and further revisions are an add-on on this page. What we cannot do is guarantee a particular employer will call, and anyone promising that is selling you something else.
My deadline is today. Can it be faster?
Yes. Same day express is an add on above, and it moves your order to the front of the queue for delivery in 6 to 8 hours. An express order placed after 8 pm is delivered by 11 am the next morning. Everything else about the work stays the same.
What if I change jobs later and need it updated?
Tell us what changed and we update it. A new job, a promotion, a training certificate or a new phone number are all the same to us, and you get a fresh PDF and DOCX back. An update done by us costs 20% of what you paid for the CV. You can also edit the DOCX yourself, whenever you like.
