Resume writing · big tech

A one-page CV with measurable achievements and clear evidence behind every claim

A big tech resume is read in under a minute by an engineer who is looking for scale, ownership and evidence. Adjectives are noise. Numbers, systems and outcomes are the whole document.

What this format has to get right

  • Impact stated as a measurement

Latency reduced, cost per request lowered, users served, incidents cut, build time shortened. If a line cannot carry a number, it usually should not be on a resume competing at this level.

  • Scale, so the number means something

Thirty percent faster is meaningless without knowing the traffic, the data volume or the team size. Every result is placed against the scale it happened at, because that is the first thing a reviewer asks.

  • Ownership, not participation

Worked on a payments service says nothing about your part in it. Designed the retry and idempotency layer for a payments service handling four million calls a day says what you would be trusted with next.

  • Built to pass the parser and the reviewer

No columns, no tables, no graphics, no skill bars. The stack is written in the words a search would use, and the layout survives extraction because the first pass is almost never a human being.

From order to delivery

  1. Place the order and pay

Pay from your own bKash, Nagad or Rocket account to the number shown at checkout, then paste the transaction ID. That ID is what ties your payment to your order.

  2. Send your information

An old CV, a certificate, a LinkedIn link or a plain list is enough. Nothing has to be tidy. If something important is missing we will ask instead of inventing it.

  3. A writer builds it from scratch

Not a name dropped into a ready made file. Your experience is read, ordered and rewritten so the strongest part of it is the first thing anyone sees.

  4. Delivered within 48 hours

A print ready PDF and DOCX, sent within 48 hours of the order being confirmed. One revision is included. Further revisions are an add-on, and a later update by us costs 20% of what you paid for the CV; you can also edit the DOCX yourself.

What we need from you

Nothing has to be tidy. If something important is missing we will ask rather than invent it.

  • Your current resume and GitHub or portfolio
  • Scale figures: traffic, data, users, team size
  • Two or three projects you personally owned
  • The role level you are targeting
  • The job posting, if you have a specific one

Questions about this

I do not have impressive numbers. What then?

Most engineers have more than they realise. Requests per second, table sizes, release frequency, how many people depended on what you built, how long an incident took to resolve. We find them by asking about your actual work rather than inflating a percentage.

Should I list every language and framework I know?

No. A long list dilutes the few things you are genuinely strong in, and every item is fair game in an interview. We keep what you can be questioned on and drop what you touched once three years ago.

Is one page really enough for eight years?

For most engineers, yes, and it is the stronger choice. Two pages is accepted at senior and staff level where the record genuinely needs it. What is never accepted is a second page filled with early roles written at full length.

Will mine look exactly like the samples?

No. The samples are CVs we wrote for other people, shown so you can judge the standard of the work before you pay. They are not files you pick from and fill in. Yours is written from your own material, and the order of the sections is decided by what is strongest in your case.

Do I get a Word file too?

Yes. Every CV comes as PDF and DOCX, so you get a print ready file and an editable Word file you can open and change yourself.

Single column or two columns?

We build single column by default. Screening software reads a page from top to bottom in one pass, and a two column layout makes it interleave the two sides, so a strong candidate can come out of the parser as nonsense. If you prefer the look of two columns we will do it that way and say plainly what you are trading for it.

What if I do not like the first draft?

Write back with the points you want changed and the same writer revises it. One revision is part of the price rather than an extra, and further revisions are an add-on on this page. What we cannot do is guarantee a particular employer will call, and anyone promising that is selling you something else.

My deadline is today. Can it be faster?

Yes. Same day express is an add on above, and it moves your order to the front of the queue for delivery in 6 to 8 hours. An express order placed after 8 pm is delivered by 11 am the next morning. Everything else about the work stays the same.

What if I change jobs later and need it updated?

Tell us what changed and we update it. A new job, a promotion, a training certificate or a new phone number are all the same to us, and you get a fresh PDF and DOCX back. An update done by us costs 20% of what you paid for the CV. You can also edit the DOCX yourself, whenever you like.
