Government application · Bangla

The government biodata form, filled the way the office expects it

Government recruitment does not read a modern CV. It reads a prescribed biodata sheet, and an application is set aside for a missing column long before anyone weighs the candidate.

What this format has to get right

  • The format is fixed, and that is the whole point

Father and mother name, permanent and present address, NID, date of birth, religion, marital status, then the education table. The order is not ours to improve. It is copied exactly, because a form that looks unfamiliar gets a second look for the wrong reason.

  • The education table is where applications die

Board, institution, group, result, passing year, every row complete and consistent with your certificates. A GPA written one way in one row and another way in the next is enough to raise a query.

  • Bangla that reads as official, not translated

The vocabulary of a government form is its own register. We write it in that register rather than translating an English CV into Bangla, which is what makes most biodata sheets read as borrowed.

  • No ATS claim here, because it would be false

No applicant tracking system reads a government biodata sheet. It is printed, signed and filed by hand. Anyone selling you an ATS score for this document is selling you a number that nothing will ever check.

From order to delivery

  1. Place the order and pay

Pay from your own bKash, Nagad or Rocket account to the number shown at checkout, then paste the transaction ID. That ID is what ties your payment to your order.

  2. Send your information

An old CV, a certificate, a LinkedIn link or a plain list is enough. Nothing has to be tidy. If something important is missing we will ask instead of inventing it.

  3. A writer builds it from scratch

Not a name dropped into a ready made file. Your experience is read, ordered and rewritten so the strongest part of it is the first thing anyone sees.

  4. Delivered within 48 hours

A print ready PDF and DOCX, sent within 48 hours of the order being confirmed. One revision is included. Further revisions are an add-on, and a later update by us costs 20% of what you paid for the CV; you can also edit the DOCX yourself.

What we need from you

Nothing has to be tidy. If something important is missing we will ask rather than invent it.

  • All certificates and marksheets, SSC onward
  • NID or birth certificate, exactly as spelled there
  • Permanent and present address in full
  • The circular or post you are applying for
  • Two references with designation and phone

Questions about this

Is this the same as a normal CV?

No, and using a normal CV for a government application is the common mistake. A biodata sheet has fixed fields in a fixed order, includes personal particulars a private employer would never ask for, and is judged on completeness rather than presentation. We build the biodata sheet, not a CV with a different heading.

Should I take the Bangla one or the English one?

Follow the circular. If it is written in Bangla and asks for an application in Bangla, take this one. Some autonomous bodies, corporations and projects ask for English. If the circular is silent, Bangla is the safer choice for a government post.

Can you fill it for more than one circular?

Yes. The body of the sheet stays the same and only the applied post and a few lines change, so tell us the other circulars and we will send a version for each. A later circular is an update to the same sheet: you can edit the DOCX yourself, or we do it for 20% of what you paid for it.

Will mine look exactly like the samples?

No. The samples are CVs we wrote for other people, shown so you can judge the standard of the work before you pay. They are not files you pick from and fill in. Yours is written from your own material, and the order of the sections is decided by what is strongest in your case.

Do I get a Word file too?

Yes. Every CV comes as PDF and DOCX, so you get a print ready file and an editable Word file you can open and change yourself.

What if I do not like the first draft?

Write back with the points you want changed and the same writer revises it. One revision is part of the price rather than an extra, and further revisions are an add-on on this page. What we cannot do is guarantee a particular employer will call, and anyone promising that is selling you something else.

My deadline is today. Can it be faster?

Yes. Same day express is an add on above, and it moves your order to the front of the queue for delivery in 6 to 8 hours. An express order placed after 8 pm is delivered by 11 am the next morning. Everything else about the work stays the same.

What if I change jobs later and need it updated?

Tell us what changed and we update it. A new job, a promotion, a training certificate or a new phone number are all the same to us, and you get a fresh PDF and DOCX back. An update done by us costs 20% of what you paid for the CV. You can also edit the DOCX yourself, whenever you like.
