CV writing · bank and MTO

Written for the bank panel that reads a hundred of these a day

Bank and MTO recruitment is a filter before it is an interview. Results, consistency and a clean record decide who reaches the viva, and the CV is what the board has in front of it when you walk in.

What this format has to get right

  • Academic results come first here

Unlike most private sector hiring, a bank panel starts from your SSC, HSC and honours results and reads them together. They are presented plainly and early, in the order the panel expects to find them.

  • Internship and coursework, made relevant

A three month internship at a branch is worth more than it looks if it is written in terms of what you handled: account opening, clearing, remittance, customer files. Written as attended a bank it is worth nothing.

  • The viva reads from this page

Every line is a question you may be asked to defend. We keep out anything you cannot speak to for two minutes, because a claim you stumble on costs more than the line was ever worth.

  • Steady, not decorated

Banking is a conservative reader. No colour blocks, no icons, no photograph unless the circular asks. The impression to leave is careful and accurate, which is exactly the impression the job requires.

From order to delivery

  1. Place the order and pay

Pay from your own bKash, Nagad or Rocket account to the number shown at checkout, then paste the transaction ID. That ID is what ties your payment to your order.

  2. Send your information

An old CV, a certificate, a LinkedIn link or a plain list is enough. Nothing has to be tidy. If something important is missing we will ask instead of inventing it.

  3. A writer builds it from scratch

Not a name dropped into a ready made file. Your experience is read, ordered and rewritten so the strongest part of it is the first thing anyone sees.

  4. Delivered within 48 hours

A print ready PDF and DOCX, sent within 48 hours of the order being confirmed. One revision is included. Further revisions are an add-on, and a later update by us costs 20% of what you paid for the CV; you can also edit the DOCX yourself.

What we need from you

Nothing has to be tidy. If something important is missing we will ask rather than invent it.

  • SSC, HSC and graduation results with years
  • Any internship, with what you actually did
  • Banking diploma or courses, if any
  • The bank and post you are applying to
  • Computer and language proficiency

Questions about this

My CGPA is not high. Should I leave it out?

No. A bank panel reads a missing result as a hidden one, which is worse than a modest number. We place it factually and give the rest of the page more to work with: coursework, internship, certifications, part time work, anything that shows you can be trusted with detail.

I am applying to several banks at once. One CV for all?

One core CV works for MTO and officer circulars, because the panels look for the same things. Where a particular bank emphasises something specific, such as SME, retail or treasury, tell us and we will send a variant with that brought forward.

Should I attach a photograph?

Only when the circular asks for one. Many bank circulars do, and then it belongs in the top corner at passport proportions, not as a decorative element. When the circular is silent, leave it off.

Will mine look exactly like the samples?

No. The samples are CVs we wrote for other people, shown so you can judge the standard of the work before you pay. They are not files you pick from and fill in. Yours is written from your own material, and the order of the sections is decided by what is strongest in your case.

Do I get a Word file too?

Yes. Every CV comes as PDF and DOCX, so you get a print ready file and an editable Word file you can open and change yourself.

Single column or two columns?

We build single column by default. Screening software reads a page from top to bottom in one pass, and a two column layout makes it interleave the two sides, so a strong candidate can come out of the parser as nonsense. If you prefer the look of two columns we will do it that way and say plainly what you are trading for it.

What if I do not like the first draft?

Write back with the points you want changed and the same writer revises it. One revision is part of the price rather than an extra, and further revisions are an add-on on this page. What we cannot do is guarantee a particular employer will call, and anyone promising that is selling you something else.

My deadline is today. Can it be faster?

Yes. Same day express is an add on above, and it moves your order to the front of the queue for delivery in 6 to 8 hours. An express order placed after 8 pm is delivered by 11 am the next morning. Everything else about the work stays the same.

What if I change jobs later and need it updated?

Tell us what changed and we update it. A new job, a promotion, a training certificate or a new phone number are all the same to us, and you get a fresh PDF and DOCX back. An update done by us costs 20% of what you paid for the CV. You can also edit the DOCX yourself, whenever you like.
